Who are you?

A simple question that changes everything.

Our identity is a strength . Or at least it should be.

A place with defined boundaries, doors with access control, airy windows, flower gardens, security guards and watchmen, protecting our essence, our beliefs, values, opinions and choices.

We shouldn't be invaded . But it happens , doesn't it?

The external invaders

Seguindo essa analogia, temos que tomar cuidado com 4 invasores externos perigosíssimos:

  • as expectativas sociais,

  • os padrões da mídia,

  • as relações tóxicas,

  • os traumas e abusos.

Não podemos desdenhar da força deles.

Mas temos inimigos internos também...

The internal invaders

They are more subtle, but no less dangerous:

  • inferiority complex,

  • fear of failure,

  • internal critical voices and

  • social comparison .

I don't even know which one is the worst. And they don't act alone...

Therefore, we have to protect ourselves.

E como fazemos isso?

They say there is no "recipe" for life... but is that really true?

We are so different and unique, but our humanity is extremely similar. I challenge you to raise the walls of self-knowledge and self-care, open the doors to healthy relationships, cultivate a garden of self-esteem and self-confidence and see what happens.

We need to take control of our fortress.

Invest in yourself.

No one is born knowing. And often when we learn, we learn wrongly. We use the analogy of fortitude to talk about identity , which is a key to finding the meaning of life.

These are connected questions.

Invest in knowledge: no attacker can steal it .

We have excellent material, with practical tools validated by current science to help you with the biggest change in your life.
